We truly enjoyed beautiful room with 2 balconies.

The deluxe room was new-fashioned and had a lounge area, a sofa, and 2 TVs. Garden view was astonishing! It was in a beautiful and wonderful location very close to including a delightful beach, Key West on foot or by cycle and bars/restaurants.

Well-appointed and a nice size rooms, thanks very much for amazing stay!!!

We would love to return for a vacation.

Friendly customer care, parking underneath hotel. Updated rooms with well stocked mini-bar and all the amenities, as for instance, always helpful staff. Location really close to main shops, everything, including a delightful beach, and the downtown area

great ambiance , but limited dining options

The Beautiful Luxury Suite with Private Pool impressed me with its stylish decor and private outdoor space. I enjoyed the complimentary mimosas and bloody Mary's by the pool, a lovely touch for relaxation. The quiet environment made it easy to unwind, with the garden view adding to the tranquil atmosphere.

The lack of on-site dining necessitated trips off-hotel for snacks.

Enjoyed the luxury of the second floor suite, especially the comfortable bed and generous pillow supply for a restful night. The shower's water pressure was excellent, and the private plunge pool was a good addition, perfect for relaxation. The communication issues at the front desk were a bit frustrating, particularly regarding bike rentals with a convoluted process despite being resolved eventually. Despite this hiccup, the daily restocking of water and snacks added a personal touch to our stay.

Loved the luxury balcony suite, but the mattress was too firm for comfort.

Our stay was lovely, especially the private plunge pool attached to our suite, fresh muffins and good Dove ice cream delivered daily—it felt luxurious! I'd choose this place again in a heartbeat.

The room we stayed in was just fantastic, with a private plunge pool. Chris at the front desk, from surprise cakes to champagne. It really seemed like we were being treated like royalty.

Man, that poolside snack bar was on point, serving up delicious bites to fuel our sunny days. We found ourselves wandering to nearby gems like La Petite Grignote for breakfast and hitting up Southernmost Smoothie Shop for refreshing sips-total culinary wins! Plus, the staff? Great and super cute.
